Sand-lime brick impregnation for interiors
WALL SAND-LIME BRICK PROTECTOR STANDARD has been specially developed for indoor sand-lime brick surfaces that are very sensitive to water and dirt.
By using it, we can prevent the surface from becoming dirty, waterlogged, nitrated, and salt efflorescence.
After the treatment, the surface no longer absorbs water and repels it.
Attention: We cannot replace bad or damaged insulation with treatment, we can only reduce the damage! The solution is to use good insulation and impregnation together.

Storage:
WALL SAND-LIME BRICK PROTECTOR STANDARD impregnation agent can be stored in iron, plastic or glass containers. Zinc-coated aluminum or galvanized containers are not suitable for storage.WALL SAND-LIME BRICK PROTECTOR STANDARD impregnation agent can be stored in a closed container for two years (24 months) from the date indicated on the label.
The product must always be stored above 0 oC.
If the substance crystallizes due to too low a temperature, it will dissolve again when heated. Then the product must be stirred well. If the product’s shelf life has expired, the substance may still be good, which must be confirmed by a preliminary test.
Application:
WALL SAND-LIME BRICK PROTECTOR STANDARD should be used undiluted.
The material should be applied to the surface to be treated in two layers by pouring, brushing or large-drop spraying (the material should flow on the surface). The second layer must always be applied before the first layer dries ("wet-on-wet" method)!
Caution: If the 1st layer dries, the 2nd layer cannot be applied!!!
The surface to be treated must appear dry to the eye.
Coverage:
The material requirement for the two-layer treatment of 1 m2 of sand-lime brick surface is 0.4-0.9 liters per square meter.
The practical average: 0.6 liters/m2
Always carry out a test treatment on the surface to be treated!
This is how we can calculate and check, e.g. the desired amount of material, or the effectiveness of the agent.

Safety measures:
WALL SAND-LIME BRICK PROTECTOR STANDARD is an alkaline and corrosive substance. When handling the product, wear rubber gloves and safety glasses!
In case of splashes on the skin, wash it off with plenty of water. If the product gets into the eyes, wash it off immediately with plenty of water and call a doctor due to its caustic and corrosive effect. Clothing soaked with WALL SAND-LIME BRICK PROTECTOR STANDARD must be removed immediately.
