Waxy stone care
Waxy stone care - STONE WAX is a dual-effect impregnation agent.
On the one hand, it gives a waxy shine to the treated surfaces, which not only makes them beautiful, but also easy to clean. On the other hand, they become water-repellent.
Since washing must be done with a cold water, high-pressure washer (approx. 100 bar), the surface does NOT need to be re-treated against graffiti after washing.
Can be used on: brick, cotto, concrete, artificial stone, mortar, plaster, lime-sand brick, limestone, natural stone, wood and metal surfaces.

Storage:
Waxy stone care - STONE WAX can be stored in its original, closed container at 0-30 oC for at least 24 months from the date indicated on the label. If the product's shelf life has expired, the material may still be usable, which must be confirmed by a preliminary test. If a skin has formed during storage, it must be discarded.
Application:
Waxy stone care - STONE WAX is a solvent-based preventive protective agent.
It is recommended to apply the agent in one layer to the surface to be treated with a brush, roller or non-air-operated sprayer. The surface to be treated must appear dry to the eye.
The material requirement depends on the absorbency of the surface: 0.01-1 l/m2.
Always carry out a test treatment on the surface to be treated! This way you can calculate and check, e.g., the desired amount of material or the effectiveness of the agent.
If necessary, the agent can be diluted with white spirit.
Pot life: approx. 20 minutes at 25 oC.
The agent can also be colored, e.g.:
white: 2% CAPAROL Crimea 271;
blue: 2% CAPAROL PPZU Blau 04;
red: 2% CAPAROL PPZU Rot 10.
The color saturation on the surface to be treated can be controlled by the amount of material applied (150 g/m2 - 450 g/m2)
Caution: The surface to be treated must not be overheated!
Treatment temperature: 5-30 oC.
Graffiti removal: Clean the contaminated surface with a cold water, high-pressure washing device (e.g. 100 bar). After cleaning, the protective layer does NOT need to be reapplied!
The system can withstand up to 16 washing cycles.
The tools can be washed with white spirit! 16 washing cycles.
Safety measures:
Use rubber gloves and safety glasses during work!
