Roof tile impregnation - ROOFTOP TILE provides several years of protection for fired, unglazed roof tiles thanks to its special active ingredient, but it can also be used to treat normal bricks.
Thanks to its active ingredient content, the tile does not stain, does not get dirty, does not grow algae, and reduces the risk of freezing.

Application:
Roof tile impregnation - ROOFTOP TILE does not need to be diluted with water. The dry tile must be soaked in the material for 1-2 minutes before installation, and then it can be installed after drying.
In the case of tiles that have been on the roof for a long time, after steam cleaning and subsequent drying, the product must be applied in two layers with a brush, disk brush, or by sprinkling (backpack sprayer) (the first layer must not dry out!).
The material requirement for a two-layer treatment of 1 m2 is 0.4-0.7 liters per square meter.
The practical average: 0.5 liters/m2.
Always carry out a test treatment on the surface to be treated. This way you can calculate, for example, the desired amount of material.
Caution: If the first layer dries, the second layer cannot be applied, which greatly affects the effectiveness of the treatment!
A well-treated surface absorbs the active ingredient to a sufficient depth, which provides long-term protection. The tile will therefore look like new for years.
Always perform a test treatment!
The treatment must be repeated every 3-4 years.
Storage:
Roof tile impregnation - ROOFTOP TILE can be stored in iron, plastic or glass containers. Zinc-coated aluminum or galvanized containers are not suitable for storage. In a closed container, Roof tile impregnation - ROOFTOP TILE can be stored for two years (24 months) from the date indicated on the label.
The product must always be stored above 0 oC.
If the material crystallizes due to too low a temperature, it will dissolve again when heated. Then the product must be stirred well.
If the product's shelf life has expired, the material may still be good, which must be confirmed by a preliminary test.
Attention: You can use it for a monument or a monument-like building only at your own risk.
Caution: The surface to be treated must not be overheated!
Treatment temperature: 10-30 oC.
Safety measures:
Roof tile impregnation - ROOFTOP TILE is a highly alkaline and corrosive substance.
When handling the product, wear rubber gloves and safety glasses! In case of any splashes on the skin, wash it off with plenty of water.
If the product gets into the eyes, wash it off immediately with plenty of water and call a doctor due to its caustic and corrosive effect.
Remove any clothing that has been soiled or contaminated with Roof tile impregnation - ROOFTOP TILE immediately.
