WOOD PROTECTOR PLUS is a high-quality hydrophobic additive for all water-based wood paints/wood stains.
Its use can reduce the cost of preserving the wood in the long term!
WOOD PROTECTOR PLUS is a functional silicone resin aqueous emulsion.
It significantly reduces the capillary water absorption of wood.
Its use significantly reduces the penetration of water into the wood, therefore the wood is protected from attacks by microorganisms due to lack of water, even if the varnish has already failed on the surface.
After its use, swelling and shrinkage are reduced to a lower level. This has a positive effect on the tendency to crack.

WOOD PROTECTOR PLUS can be stored in its original, unopened container at a temperature of 0-30 oC for at least 24 months from the date indicated on the label.
Expiry does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable.
However, in this case, the necessary properties for the intended use must be checked for quality reliability reasons.
Application:
WOOD PROTECTOR PLUS should be mixed with water-based wood stains / wood paints at a rate of 3% by weight (for 1 kg of wood stain, 3 dkg, i.e. 30 ml of WOOD PROTECTOR PLUS should be mixed).
In the case of outdoor use, the water-repellent ability develops in approx. 2 weeks.
Apply the mixed wood stain / wood paint according to the instructions for use of the wood stain / wood paint.
Always carry out a test treatment on the surface to be treated! This way we can check the effectiveness and compatibility of the agent on the given surface.
Caution: The surface to be treated must not be overheated!
